There is a membership fee of $250 for the year of singing (September - June). Members may pay online (see buttons on this page), or by cash or cheque at the beginning of the year, or by instalments throughout the year (upon special request). Singers who can only participate in half a year may pay for just one season (September - January, or February - June), which would be $125.
Our Season One Concert will happen on Saturday evening, Feb. 01, 2020.
The choir does not sing Christmas music, so we spend each season exploring music of all cultural backgrounds (mostly in English but with a few in different languages each season).
SUPPORTING LOCAL CHARITIES:
We donate our proceeds (after expenses) from our concerts to local charities. Some of the charities we have donated to in the past include AIDS Vancouver, Grief to Action Society, Aunt Leah's Independent Lifeskills Society, Teen Suicide Prevention, Cameray Counselling Centre, St. Augustine's Community Meal Program, and many more over the years.
If singers have any difficulty with payments they can speak privately to one of the directors and arrangements can be made for a confidential sliding scale.
